My first poem welcoming Spring

🌹🌹🌹🌹

It is spring time already

The flowers whisper 'wake up'

New life is born

As nature puts on make up 

🍀

Baby chicks are cheeping

As their mothers cluck

Bunny rabbits hop around

On seeing that happy duck

The egg hunt has started

Children race ahead

Determined to be the first

To find a chocolate egghead

🌸

Shops are filled with goodies

Yummy, scrumptious treats

In all shapes and sizes💥

Come those lovely sweets

🍁

Say farewell to winter

Let it go and whine

Say hello to spring

And welcome the golden sunshine
